Hi,
I’m Sarah. I’ve always had an interest in health issues since wanting to be a nurse during my teens. I would, and still do, read anything and everything related to personal health.
Over a year ago it occurred to me that there so many little things we can all do to improve our health and help fight and prevent disease. These little things include improving diets, taking clinically-proven supplements, breaking bad habits, more exercise, etc.
Even though the Web is an amazing place, unfortunately, there’s a lot of misinformation. So, my goal with this blog is to present health information that is useful, easy to follow, and based on a scientific study or conducted and controlled in scientific manner, instead of presenting health information that is based on rumour or old-wives’ tales.
